Knee issues healed after blessing

In late November, I met Richard Brunton for the first time and bought his book “The Awesome Power of Blessing”. As I read it, I was particularly intrigued by the heading “Blessing our Bodies”. I’ve had knee issues since 2020, seeing a physiotherapist for 6 months for treatment. I was no longer able to walk on a treadmill/outdoors without having sore knees after. It was so bad I could feel a weakening in the knee joints too. So I stopped all walks for exercise from then on.
On December 5, I decided to attempt an outdoor walk. I started walking and using both my hands to tap my knees and bless them. I bless my knees! I bless you knees with strength, with stability and the ability to support my body well! After that 5km walk, I was fine and the next morning, had aches in the hip flexors but the knees were good! I've repeated the blessing quite a few times, kind of like having a conversation with my knees, which is fun.
As of today, I’ve progressed to almost a full 5km slow jog with increased time pace too! What a wonderful thing to bless my knees and see such amazing results!”
