Power of Blessing has profound impact

I was at church when you preached about the awesome power of blessing and I wanted to tell you what a profound impact your message has already had on my life. I have always had a mouth that rapidly outran my brain, and what came out was often not helpful, kind or pleasant – particularly when I was driving. I began to pray Jeremiah 15:19 the day of the service and it has made the most amazing difference. 

Within about three days I noticed that it no longer even occurred to me to use those words, and that what was coming out of my mouth was much more encouraging and uplifting to those around me. I lived in France for some time when I was younger, so the idea of benediction/malediction was really interesting to me, I realised that I ‘bad speak’ in many other ways, over myself and also over others. I began praying over my workplace. – I did not feel the business prayer was quite us, but since the children we care for ‘live’ in this place with us each day I began praying the house blessing. Our school now feels increasingly peaceful and joyful and the children are settled and engaged.
