The Power of forgiveness

For many years I suffered from heart problems. 

In your blessing training you pointed out that many people suffer from heart and stomach problems because of lack of forgiveness. 

Then you asked us to forgive the people who hurt us, who betrayed us, those who hurt us and let them free from our minds. And forgive ourselves. 

I had done it partially. 

But since you left I have continued to forgive all these people, I had 23 people to forgive. I have also forgiven myself. That is how I understood that I had also hurt myself. I am totally healed without any medication other than the power of blessing. totally healed, totally free, totally liberated.
