Week 31: A Healing That Changed More Than the Body

He had been coughing for a long time. The hospital visits brought tests, medicine, examinations, and more questions. But no relief. No change. No peace.
Then one day, he remembered something he had been reading in The Awesome Power of Blessing.

He realised: He didn’t have to just endure sickness. He could bless his body in the name of Jesus.

So he began.
Every day, gently but with faith, he spoke:
“Body, I bless you in the name of Jesus.
I bless my lungs with strength.
I bless my breath with the peace of God.
I bless my whole body with the life of Christ.”
Day after day, like watering a seed. And on the fifth day, the cough was gone.
No drama. No striving. Just the quiet power of blessing doing its work.
But something else happened too.
The healing touched more than his body.
He began blessing his daughters—speaking identity, joy, future, and love over them.
He began to forgive.
He began to release the past between himself and his wife.

He said:
“I realised blessing does not just heal the body.
It heals the heart.
It restores relationships.
It changes the world around us.”

Yes. This is the Kingdom of God at work. One blessing at a time. One heart at a time. One home at a time.

All glory to Jesus, the One who heals, restores, and makes all things new.
